Each plan tracks a set number of prompts, and you choose the tier that matches your volume — 15, 30 or 50 on Brand, for example. Moving up takes effect immediately and you pay the prorated difference; moving down takes effect at your next renewal.

Tiers change how many prompts you track. Plans change what you can do with them — how many sites and competitors you cover, whether you track more than one country, and which reporting you get. If you have run out of prompts, move up a tier. If you need a second site, a wider market or client-ready reporting, move up a plan.

Premium engines are £19 per month each, per 25 prompts on your current tier. On Brand's 15-prompt tier that is £19 a month per engine; on Pro's 100-prompt tier it is £76. Add or drop an engine whenever you like — the price follows your tier automatically, so there is nothing to renegotiate when you grow.

Nothing but the price. Yearly costs ten months for twelve, so two months are free; the features, tiers and add-ons are identical. You can switch to yearly at any point in a monthly subscription.
